[ 14.12.2009 ] Announcement Under the Deposit Protection Act

 

Dear client,

Please, be advised that for purposes of distinguishing deposits protected under the Act on Deposit Protection a business company, except for a joint-stock company, is obligated to deliver the bank a notification whether its financial statements need to be verified by auditor or not. This certificate must be delivered to the bank at latest within 15 days after termination of the accounting period the financial statements were prepared for. In the event the notification is delivered after the specified date, the deposit with the bank is protected as of the first day of calendar quarter since the notification has been delivered to the bank. Notification can be delivered in person or by mail.
