Announcement Under the Deposit Protection Act

Dear client,

Pursuant to the Act Concerning Protection of Deposits, deposits of commercial companies are protected only if they notify the bank in writing that their financial accounts need not be verified by an auditor, doing so within 15 days from the end of the accounting period. If the client delivers this notice to the bank after this date, the deposit in the bank is protected from the first day of the calendar quarter following after the day on which such notice was delivered.
The notice should be delivered to the branch of Tatra banka administering your account. Text of the respective notification is available at bank's branches and and here.
