Express transfer

Dear Client,

with reference to the introduction of euro in Slovakia, we would like to inform you that with effect as of 1 January 2009 the domestic priority transfer and the cross-border accelerated transfer services shall be uniformly designated as the "express transfer". The product enables to shorten the standard processing period by two working days.

To place an express transfer (both the domestic and the cross-border one), go to the "Foreign Transfer Order" form, "type of payment" field, and select the "express" attribute in the dropdown box.

The cut-off time (COT), i.e. the time by which the Bank receives express transfers via Internet banking:

- express transfer in euro: by 02:00 p.m.
- express transfer in FCY: by 09:30 a.m.

Note: In case of express payment placement after the COT, the payment shall be processed on the following working day as an express payment (under the value date of D+0).

The "express transfer" service shall be charged as set forth in the Service Charges valid from 1 January 2009.

Furthermore, we would like to inform you of modification of payment titles from 1 January 2009 as follows:

 - new payment titles:

• "002 Intrabank transfers (transfers in FCY within Tatra banka or transfers in EUR from/to an FCY account)",
•  "003 Payments in EUR and FCY to Slovakia without any limitation of the sum",

 - reduced payment titles:

• of group 7 - creation of one collection payment title 700 for transactions with financial assets in relation to a foreign country,
• of group 8 - creation of one collection payment title 800 for transactions with financial liabilities in relation to a foreign country,

 - payment titles of group 9 shall be annulled to the full extent.
