You can now communicate with Tatra banka also through chat
17.08.2011All you have to do is click on the icon Online chat in the top section of our website and you can start writing directly with someone from the DIALOG service staff, available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For people who prefer to write rather than call, but who also need an answer to their question immediately, chatting is the ideal form of communication" explains Daniela Ligačová, head of the DIALOG department."This way clients also get more time to think about additional questions, and can check the answers of the service employee later" she adds.
Tatra ChatTB serves primarily for general questions about products and services, the functions and options of Internet banking, or for advice and tips about everyday banking.
