Peter Novák moves from the Board of Directors of Tatra banka to the Raiffeisen headquarters

Peter Novák worked in Tatra banka as COO/CIO since 2007. During this period he gained merit for transforming IT and Operations, especially at a time when the euro was being adopted and then in the next period costs were being rationalised. In 2009 his key project was the building up of the Processing Centre in Prešov according to the LEAN concept, making it one of the pilot LEAN projects in the financial sector in Slovakia.

His leadership and credit, confirmed by excellent results, in combination with knowing the needs of individual banks, will therefore be benefited from at the level of the whole RBI group.

Before arriving at Tatra banka, Peter Novák held various management posts in the field of telecommunications in Slovakia and in the Balkans.

Peter Novák will be replaced in the post of Board of Directors member by Natália Major.
