What is the Tatra banka DIALOG?
It is a quick and comfortable way of how to actively manage your account or to obtain complex information on Tatra banka products and banking services. It is actually a bank by phone - it will enable you to manage the money on your account without personal visit to your branch.
How to use this service?
When you call us, your call will be routed to DIALOG. The operator will ask you to provide the number of your security card (GRID card) and the secret password which is known only to you and your bank. In performing operations, you will be required to provide the random chosen code which is in your GRID card.
The GRID card is a card of the same size as the normal payment cards and you can freely carry it in your wallet. If lost, it cannot be used without the secret password - it does not contain any data which might identify you or your accounts by unauthorized persons.
Use the DIALOG together with the b-mail service and after completion of each bank operation, you will receive a confirmation in the form of SMS message to your mobile phone.
