• Structure of entire estimated costs (project documentation, land / building acquisition, projected building costs, structured construction budget, engineering, marketing, other costs)
• Financing structure (equity, costs payment structure, construction schedule, estimated loan amount required)
• Revenues structure (total area of premises for sale / rent, selling price / rent per sq. m)
• Collection of revenues (sale, rent, dates of payment, payment conditions)
• Construction company - who will realize the construction phase
• Background information about the investor, developer, architects (references, etc.)
• Current stage of the project (permits, zoning and building permit, construction company tender, selection of partners, etc.)

• Description of location, ownership relations towards the project (ownership of project land and buildings), description of adjacent infrastructure
• Description of market environment for raw materials and products
• Project economy (estimated off-take volumes, prices, raw material costs, breakdown of OPEX and reserves), projection of cash flow, revenues and expenditures in time
