The syndicated loans are provided in line with the long-term successful experience of Tatra banka as the leading arranger in the Slovak Republic. In case of international syndicated loans, we co-operate with Raiffeisen Zentralbank Wien.

The success of Tatra banka in providing syndicated loans is based particularly on its ability to provide financing which is both tailored to the client´s requirements and which satisfies the involved parties.

• assignment of receivables (under purchase or lease agreements, existing, future, or any other)
• prohibition of payment (from a term account in EUR or foreign currency, insurance)
• note or note aval
• bank guarantee, corporate guarantee
• notarial deed

Required documentation

• application for the loan, stating the amount and maturity of the loan, time schedule of repayments of the loan, the purpose of use of the loan, and the offered security of the loan
• business plan
• client´s current extract from the Commercial Register
• client´s financial statements for the period of the previous 2 years
• contact to the applicant for the loan
