Financing of agricultural entities (farmers) based on demand to make direct payment within the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union. The amount of support directly depends on the area of the applicant's agricultural land - within the program named Unified Payment for Area and Support of Crops in Arable Land ("Program").

The implementer of the Program will be the Land Management Payment Agency ("Agency").

Different dates of filing the application to the Agency and the actual payment of money to individual farmers create significant retardation which may result in temporary lack of funds, especially in the period of harvest setup and harvesting works.

The bridge loan facility, secured by the receivable to the Agency, may significantly help the farmers to bridge the time span between the actual need of money and payment thereof.
The installment loan facility provided to selected farmers, which satisfy the conditions prescribed by Tatra banka, a.s., for the period of 1 year will allow them have access to funds, the purpose of which needn´t be documented and which will be automatically repaid upon crediting the direct payment to the client's account.
