In order to identify each individual b-mail message, if required, the text of SMS messages starts with:

Tatra banka 28.06.2003 14:30 (example)
ID=280603/12345-10 (example)

ID DDMMYY/NNN-X

The individual fields identify:
DDMMYY - accounting date of generating the message
NNN - serial number of the message in the relevant accounting day
X - internal number of your message in our system

The message further continues in a usual way, i.e. account, balances, etc.

E-mail messages sent by the B-mail service are identified by the ID message.

In case of complaint, state your ID number. It will expedite solution of your problems, if any.
