Amendment of Business Terms and Conditions of Tatra banka, a.s. Private Banking and Service Charges for Tatra banka, a.s. Private Banking Clients

Dear clients,

Please be advised that the Board of Directors of Tatra banka, a.s. have approved the amendment of Business Terms and Conditions of Tatra banka, a.s. Private Banking valid as of 1 February 2010 and effective as of 1 April 2010, and the amendment of Service Charges for Tatra banka, a.s. Private Banking Clients valid and effective as of 1 April 2010.

Amendment of the above documents includes in particular:

• defining the term "Investment Account" representing the administration of securities created and maintained by Tatra banka for a client,
• changing the charging structure of securities registered in the Investment Account,
• clarifying charges of additional services provided in respect to the Investment Account maintenance.
