Bonus programTB

Bonus programTB is designed for all our clients who use electronic POS terminals from Tatra banka. Bonus programTB is a unique service based on the reduction of the amount of the service charge. Adjustment of the service charge (provision) is carried out automatically when the stipulated turnover amount is reached.

BONUS PROVISION

Bonus provision is set on the basis of your total amount of turnover attained by means of credit cards (issued by Slovak banks), in case that you are regularly closing the POS terminal. Period, for which the bonus will be calculated, is determined according to the date of bank operations closing in the bank system. Bank system closing is done on the first working day after the closing done at the POS terminal.

For example:
The bonus claim for November 2006 will be specified from the amount of bank operations, which have been closed at the POS terminal from Wednesday 1th November, 2006 to Thursday 30th November, 2006. Bank operations, which have been closed on Friday 1st December, 2006 will be included into the bonus period of following month - December.

SPECIFYING THE BONUS AMOUNT

Bonus amount is specified on the basis of attained turnover amount within the stipulated intervals.

When you are granted a bonus for a particular month, we will adjust the stipulated amount of service charge for bank operations for this period and we will give you back the overpayment.

For example:
If you have a stipulated service charge in the amount of 1,5% from the sum of the bank operation, with your attained turnover for November you qualify for bonus granting in the amount of 0,1%.
Therefore the amount of service charges for bank operations for this period will be adjusted to 1,4 %.
Inasmuch as you have settled the provision from every single bank operation in the original amount (1,5%), an overpayment has arisen, which will be given back to you in December.

RECEIPT OF BONUS

If a bonus claim arises to you (reduction of service charge amount), we will put the arisen claim to your account in Tatra banka by a single credit bank operation, always at the beginning of the following month (e.g. bonuses for November will be put to the account at the beginning of December).

How is it possible to gain bonus advantages?

If you are interested in using the services of accepting of credit cards with bonus provision, you must conclude a contract on accepting of credit cards, which contains also conditions of bonus provision.

If you already have a contract on accepting of credit cards concluded with Tatra banka, but your contract does not include provisions for bonus granting, you can gain also the bonus advantages by completing the new version of contract.
(There is not an automatic legal interest in conclusion of a new contract on accepting of credit cards, which includes also conditions of bonus granting and Tatra banka reserves the right to reject conclusion of such a contract in certain cases).
