Dear Business Partner,

Thank you for using the services of Tatra banka in the field of payment card acceptance. In the event of any technical problems associated with the use of your payment terminal, you can order a servicing intervention from Tatra banka electronically.


The parts marked by * are compulsory

Once your request is received, we will try to resolve your problem with the POS terminal as soon as possible and we will order a technician’s servicing intervention in your premises, if necessary. We will contact you at the phone number indicated by you, should it be inevitable. The information you give us in the order form will be used only for the needs of rectifying the failure of the POS terminal and will not be used for commercial purposes.
