How to...

1. In case that you are interested in purchasing Slovak securities, you request us for opening a Slovak securities account.
   In case that you are interested in purchasing foreign securities, you request us for opening a foreign securities account.
   Requests for opening a Slovak securities account and/or opening a foreign securities account are included in one form 'Request for opening a Slovak and/or foreign securities account'.
   These requests are only submitted once.
   A pre-condition of opening the given accounts is a current account open in our bank.
2. In parallel with the 'Request for opening a Slovak and/or foreign securities account', you can instruct us for providing purchase or sale of securities.
   The given instruction will be submitted from you every time that you will be interested in us providing purchase or sale of securities.
3. In case of purchase at the moment of signing the instruction, you must have sufficient amount of financial means at your current account to carry out the purchase and pay the remuneration according to the Service charge of Tatra Banka, a .s. for services provided in the area of securities (hereinafter referred to as 'Service charge').
4. In case of sale at the moment of signing the instruction, you must have given securities at the account of securities owner in the Central depository of the Slovak Republic, a.s. or at the account of Slovak securities or foreign securities.
5. After carrying out the transaction, we will send you a confirmation of the transaction carried out, which is also valid as a tax document.

2. Services of securities registration
To a Slovak securities account

1. We provide opening, keeping, update, cancellation of Slovak securities account.
2. We send update reports (after every change at the account of the securities owner) and status statements (by request).
3. We provide transfers and conversions of securities
4. We provide registration of disposal rights and suspending of disposal rights.
5. We accept orders for registration of formation, update and expiry of right of lien, securing transfers.
6. We do not provide any payoff of securities earnings (Dividends, Bond coupons).
7. We do not provide voting at general assemblies.

To a foreign securities account

1. We provide opening, keeping, update, cancellation of foreign securities account.
2. We provide receipt or withdrawal of foreign securities
3. We provide collection of earnings from securities (Dividends, Bond coupons), but for the collection of cash, we do not provide services to prevent double taxation.
4. We do not provide voting at general assemblies
