Cancellation of cash cards

If the basic principles of protection are observed, the use of your cash card is safe and reliable. Even in case of an unpredictable event as e.g. if your card is lost or stolen, you need not be desperate. A quick phone call reporting the lost/stolen cash card will minimize your liability for any unauthorized use of your card.
Moreover, even in such situation you will not remain moneyless. Tatra banka will arrange for delivery of an emergency/replacement card to the place of your current sojourn or money via the express money transfer service - WESTERN UNION.

If your cash card is LOST/STOLEN or FRAUDULUENT USE of your cash card is threatening, immediately call and request CANCELLATION OF YOUR CASH CARD in Tatra banka:
  • VISA Electron, debit card MasterCard, METRO, VISA, MasterCard cash cards:
    - via the "Dialog" call service - non-stop:
    tel: 02/6866 1000, 02/5919 1000, 0903/903 902, 0906/011 000, 0850/111 100 in any branch
  • all other cash cards in the following AUTHORIZED CENTERS with non-stop service:
