Letter of Credit - written obligation to the supplier of the goods or services to pay certain financial amount according to the L/C conditions, provided that the recipient of the Letter-of-Credit shall furnish the documents set forth in the L/C conditions.

Documentary Collection - form of documentary payment system with foreign countries but also in this country, where documents are delivered only at the moment of fulfillment of the condition for collection.

Bank Guarantee - written declaration by which the bank irrevocably undertakes to satisfy the creditor (i.e. the person entitled from the guarantee) up to a certain financial amount according to the contents of the guarantee deed, in the event the debtor (i.e. the orderer of the guarantee) fails to fulfill his obligation.

Customs guarantee / Customs vinculation - provision of guarantee for payment of a customs debt by Tatra banka, or deposit of funds on your account in favour of the Customs Office.
