Financing of goods receipts is provided in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 144/1998 Coll. on warehouse receipt, goods receipt, and on amendments to certain laws.

Refinancing of the purchase and storage of agricultural commodities in your own warehouse premises upon submission of goods receipts is offered by Tatra banka, a.s. mostly to financially strong companies which are well established in the market. The bank's strategy in this area is ruled particularly by different legal regimes applicable for declaring bankruptcy or execution, compared with financing of warehouse receipts, and also undoubtedly higher risk of possible misuse of the stored commodity.
