Dear clients,

Please be advised of the maintenance of Tatra banka banking systems which is scheduled for 14 September 2017 (Thursday) from 10:00 p.m. and will last until 16 September 2017 (Saturday) 7:00 a.m.

The following Tatra banka and Internet bankingTB applications will not be accessible at the given time:

  • Cards (debit and credit cards)
  • MaFIN (Spending report, Assets and Liabilities, Goals)
  • Account statements and statement settings
  • SEPA direct debits
  • Offers
  • Term deposit accounts
  • Contract documents
  • Contacts

It will be possible to only view investment products including supplementary pension saving. Overview of loans will also be available; however, the status of loans will be outdated.

Payment cards will be fully functional in ATMs and POS terminals, including b-mail. Text messages about card blocking will not be delivered.

It will be possible to make payments and view the list of cards via MobilePay application.

DIALOG Live will provide only general information about bank´s products and services with a possibility of card payment blocking.
