Technical maintenance of applications and systems of the UNIQA insurance company

Dear clients,
We would like to inform you that from 14. 11. 2025 from 22:00 to 16. 11. 2025 until 23:00, scheduled maintenance of UNIQA insurance applications and systems will be carried out.
During this period, the Insurance Products tab in the Tatra banka mobile application will not be available and it will not be possible to take out new insurance policies or make changes to existing ones.
How to proceed?
- If you plan to take out new insurance or modify an existing one, we recommend doing so before the start of the outage or after its end.
- In the event of an insurance event that occurs during the outage, please report it immediately after the services are restored.
