- pledge over receivables

The condition is sufficient contributions to the operation, maintenance and repair fund to cover the loan repayment.
The loan is intended for:
- associations of flat owners, and
- owners of flats and non-residential premises in an apartment building acting through an administrator
- administrator's financial statements for the two previous completed accounting periods and management report of the apartment building (in the event of a contract for administration made with an administrator)
- completed Tatra banka questionnaire
