Introduction of the fund
The fund exclusively invests in Real estate fundTB, thanks to which it earns rental yield from lucrative real estate in Slovakia.
Approximately 20 % of the fund is still invested in the Real estate fundTB.
Investing in equities brings the opportunity to earn a higher return.
Use it. Approximately 25 % of the fund is still invested in equities.
Thanks to the stable investment of the fund in equities, you will never miss any growth period. This helps especially at times when worse news and better news alternates and there is no clear trend in the market.

The fund invests in money market investments, bond investments, equity investments and alternative investments in order to achieve return from interest rate financial instruments, paid bond investment coupons, price movements of equity investments, alternative investments and bond investments, dividends on equity investments and alternative investments and appreciation in EUR.
