Please be advised of the scheduled maintenance of Tatra banka banking systems which will happen from 10:00 p.m. on 3 November 2017 (Friday) until 7:00 a.m. on 5 November (Sunday).
All Tatra banka branches will be closed at the respective time and the following elements of the Tatra banka mobile application and Internet bankingTB will be inaccessible:
- Cards (both debit and credit)
- MaFIN (Spending report, Assets and Liabilities, Goals)
- Account statements and their settings
- SEPA direct debits
- Term deposit accounts
- Contract documents
It will be possible to only view the investment products including supplementary pension saving. The overview of loans will also be available, however with outdated balance.
Payment cards will be fully functional in ATMs and POS terminals, including b-mail service. Text messages about card blockages will not be delivered.
MobilePay application will serve for making payments and viewing the list of cards.
DIALOG Live will execute payment orders and if necessary, block payment cards. It will only provide our clients with general information about products and services.
