Termination of personal collection of statements at the branch

Dear clients,

in order to create even more space in our branches for consultations on your financial needs, we are closing down some service services. Personal collection of statements for current accounts, term accounts, credit cards and other products will no longer be possible.

From January 1, 2023, we will only send statements to our clients by mail or e-mail.

You can easily set up sending of statements by e-mail or changing the address for delivery of a paper statement in Internet banking^TB, in a branch or at the DIALOG Live contact center *1100. We are here for you.

If you do not agree with the change of the above conditions, you have the right to terminate the contractual relationship with the bank free of charge and with immediate effect. If you do not deliver the notice to the bank by 31. 12. 2022, the amended terms and conditions as proposed by the bank will apply on the effective date of the change.
