Select "I'm not a client" on the initial screen.
Choose an option: Digital AccountTB.
Fill in your basic data and phone number, read and confirm individual consents.
Enter the 6-digit SMS code you received on the phone number you entered.
Create a PIN code to log in to the Tatra banka application.
ID card scan
Read the instructions on the screen and then scan both sides of the ID card.

Check the scanned data, correct if necessary. Fill in the zip code and confirm.
Follow the on-screen instructions to capture your face. We invite you to follow a moving point to securely verify your presence at the device.
Fill in the additional mandatory legislative questions and submit.

Carbon footprint of card payments - the new service will show you the carbon footprint of your purchase, which you paid with the payment card issued to your account.
My Benefit #forblueplanet - the more you pay with your credit card for products and services from the category marked as sustainable, the more you will get back in the form of a reward. You can find out the specific type of reward you have received or the amount of cashback in your Tatra banka mobile application.
The Carbon footprint card payment service can be switched off on request at any Tatra banka branch. The change in the Tatra banka mobile application will take effect within 14 working days of the request at the latest.
The My Benefit #forblueplanet service can be easily deactivated via the Tatra banka mobile application.
It is up to you which services you choose to use. However, you won't pay anything to try them out, as adding new digital services doesn't change the price of your account.
