This is how your business data and your customers’ information are protected. Merchants and customers can be confident that their data remains theirs alone.

PIN protection during transactions

Tap to Pay on iPhone automatically prompts for PIN entry on transactions that require it. During the transaction, the service blocks all photo, video recording, screenshot, and screen recording functions on the merchant’s iPhone. It is not possible to capture the customer’s card number or PIN.

Accessible for everyone

Accessibility features are built into Tap to Pay on iPhone, so customers who need visual or other assistance can safely enter their PIN. Audio instructions help customers draw their PIN on the screen or tap it out. One tap means the number 1, two taps mean number 2, and so on. Customers can easily submit their PIN by swiping two fingers to the right.

1. Request the service and sign the Payment Card Acceptance Agreement. After processing the agreement, you will receive an informational email.

2. Download and activate the Tatra banka POS app.

3. Accept cashless contactless payments.
