Consent to processing personal data for information about products, services, and innovations. At the same time, I declare that I am 16 and over.

By clicking on the box "Consent to processing personal data for the purpose of providing information on products, services and innovations" I grant Tatra banka, as ID: 00 686 930, with the registered office: Hodžovo námestie 3, 811 06 Bratislava (hereinafter "the Bank") with the processing of my personal data in the name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, other data provided in the contact form, data related to the use of the website and applications and data obtained about me by the bank in the context of mutual communication for the purpose of informing about the products, innovations and services provided by the Bank, as well as in terms of obtaining benefits from the bank, including offering such benefits when using profiling.
I agree to be contacted by the Bank for this purpose at the telephone number or e-mail at the same time as I request the provision of such information, materials and offers.

Information related to personal data processing

Please note that you have the right to revoke this consent at any time. However, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal. In the event of withdrawal of the consent or the attainment of the purpose of processing, personal data will be kept for 3 years, which is necessary to protect the rights and legally protected interests of the Bank. You have the right to request access from the Bank to personal data relating to the data subject, the right to rectify the data, their deletion or the limitation of processing, as well as the right to portability. You have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic. You can exercise your rights in writing, by phone via DIALOG Live, by e-mail at dpo@tatrabanka.sk.
