You receive notification the moment someone sends you money. If you have the Tatra banka VIAMO app, you will learn about it by notification. If you don’t have Tatra banka VIAMO, you will get an SMS. The money transfer then depends on the bank from which the sender has sent the money and the bank where you have your account to receive VIAMO payments. If the sender's account for the receipt of VIAMO payments is with Tatra banka, the transfer is generally made the same day. With an interbank transfer, the time depends on interbank transfer rules, but is usually made the next day.
If you are not registered, the money will wait for you for a week (seven calendar days). This means that the transaction in VIAMO waits for you to enter the account number into which the money should be credited. After entering the account number, the transfer is made under the same rules as for registered recipients.
If you fail to collect your money (you do not enter the account number on www.viamo.sk), the transaction is not made and no money is debited from the sender’s account.
