Description of the functionalities of the Merchant portalTB
Homepage
- Dashboard with an overview of transactions displayed in graphs.
- You can select a time period (day, week, month, etc.), the relevant outlet, terminal, currency, card type, card origin, and payment method.
Information about the merchant, outlets, and terminals
- Basic information about the merchant - merchant name, merchant ID in the card system, number of outlets, terminals, average weekly turnover, and number of transactions.
- Basic information about outlets - outlet name, outlet ID in the card system, address, number of terminals for the respective outlet, associated bank account, transaction fee amount, average weekly turnover, and number of transactions.
- Basic information about terminals - terminal name, terminal ID in the card system, status, MCC code, address, activation date, average weekly turnover, and number of transactions.
Overview and details of transactions
- Overview of successful and unsuccessful transactions in real-time.
- Option for quick search of transactions by variable symbol/E2E reference.
- Ability to filter transactions by date, terminal ID, card number, status and type of transaction, amount, variable symbol/E2E, and authorization code.
- Export transactions to XLS.
Transaction refund
- You can perform a full or partial refund of a transaction.
- A full refund of transactions can also be carried out as a bulk operation by selecting the relevant items.
Messages
- By using the Create Message button, you can start writing a message in a form where the system offers predefined values (merchant name, merchant ID, contact email for the merchant).
Reports
- On the Reports screen, you can create statistical reports and subsequently export them to an XLS file.
- The report includes information such as outlet name, outlet ID, terminal ID, transaction date, number and volume of transactions, currency, total settled commission amount, as well as interchange fee, scheme fee, and bank fee.
User administration
- You can assign and manage your own users and user roles - viewing transactions or active operations (transaction refund).
- You can grant or revoke access for all outlets or just a specific outlet.
First login to the Merchant portalTB application:
The user is granted access to the application, during which they receive a welcome email.
- The user clicks on the Continue to 1st login button in the received welcome email.
- The Merchant PortalTB page will be displayed, where the user sets their own password.
- On the next screen, the user is prompted to install an authentication application on their smartphone (Google Authenticator) by scanning a QR code.
- The Merchant PortalTB will display a QR code on the next screen, which the user scans in the authentication application on their smartphone. This allows the user to set up their account in the authentication application and link it to the Merchant portal.
- As the final step, the user will be prompted to enter an OTP (6-digit numerical code) generated in the authentication application on their smartphone.
