Align the document within the frame and let it be scanned.

For a multi-page document, open the settings at the bottom left. Select Scan multi-page document.

Scan the first page.

Click + Add another page.

After scanning the next page, adjust the page order as needed. Click Save document.

After saving and automatic data loading, click View receipt/Unprocessed documents and check the details.

After processing and saving, the documents will appear in the relevant sections:
• scanned receipts in the Uploaded receipts section,
• scanned invoices in the Received invoices section.

Tip: Scan glossy or crumpled receipts at a slight angle to improve their readability and automatic data recognition.

Select the document source: Photos or Files.

Go to the folder where your document is saved and select the document in an accepted format (JPEG, DOC, PDF, PNG).

Tip: For more accurate data recognition, we recommend uploading invoices in PDF format.

Wait for the automatic loading of all data.

The uploaded document will be saved in the Unprocessed documents section. Click the document in the list to go directly to the detail of the unprocessed document.

In the document detail, check the data.

You can edit the document or add missing data.

Click Create to confirm that the data is correct.

The document will then be moved to the relevant section:

• receipt to the Uploaded receipts section,
• invoice to the Received invoices section.

You can then match the uploaded documents with a transaction.

Fill in the basic invoice details (supplier, customer…) and continue by clicking Continue to Basic details.

Add the invoice details (variable symbol, due date...), then continue by clicking Continue to Invoice items.

Fill in the last invoice section (introductory text, individual items, VAT...) and check the invoice summary. Confirm the invoice by clicking Save or:

• Save and share as PDF.
• Save and send by email – send it directly to the selected recipient's email address.

After clicking Save, a preview will open and the invoice will be saved in the Issued invoices section.

Tip 1: Save frequently used customers and use templates for items – this will help you avoid repeatedly filling in data and at the same time minimize errors when entering it.

Tip 2: If you also use other invoicing software, issue invoices in only one place – this will keep the numbering correct. If our app suits you, you can start using it fully even during the year.

Select the invoice to be paid.

Click Pay invoice.

Check the account from which the payment will be sent and the pre-filled details (recipient's account, amount, due date, variable symbol...).

Click the Confirm button.

Verify the payment using your PIN or biometrics.

After payment, the invoice in the Received invoices section will be marked as paid.

Tip: To speed up payment matching at the supplier, always check the variable symbol before making the payment.

Select Documents by email.

Click the icon next to the email address to open the sharing options.

• Click Manage email gateway to set which emails documents are accepted from:

• Checked (any email addresses)
• Unchecked (only approved email addresses that you add yourself by clicking Add address)

In the sharing window, select the method of sharing the email address.

Go to the email where you received the document, paste the copied address into the recipient field, and forward the email.

After receiving your document, the app will process the document automatically and display it in the Unprocessed documents section.

• Recognized documents will be automatically moved to the Received invoices section.

Open the received document, edit it if needed, and confirm by clicking the Create button.

In the menu, select Invite accountant.

Confirm your selection by clicking the Invite accountant button.

When the notification appears, click Continue.

Add the accountant by clicking the Add user button.

Enter the accountant's email address and other required details according to the instructions. Then click the Send button.

The accountant will receive an invitation email and click the Accept invitation and create account button.

The accountant chooses a registration/login method:

• via Tatra banka (PID),

• via an existing account,

• or by creating a new Doklado account.

After logging in via Tatra banka, the accountant enters their PID and password and clicks the Log in button.

The accountant completes the login by entering the code from the card reader and clicking the Send button.

After logging in to Tatra banka, they click the I have read and agree button.

In the app, the accountant's account will appear as active and the accountant will see the company with the relevant Company ID. 

Tip: Before sending the invitation, check the accountant's email address. After activation, recommend that they save the email gateway address.

With document: Matched. The document matches the transaction. No action is needed.

With document: Matched. The transaction contains multiple documents.

Will remain without a document: This is a type of transaction that does not require any document, such as a loan repayment, account fee, payments to the state treasury, and similar.

Document is being processed: Wait until the data is loaded from it.

Partially matched transaction: After the outstanding amount is recorded, the document will be automatically matched and marked as matched.

The uploaded document is incorrect: The document was incorrectly assigned to the transaction. Check the document and repeat the scan/upload.

Upload and manage documents for transactions directly in the mobile app: You do not have the Document Management service activated; clicking will take you to the activation process.
