  • Financing arable land and permanent grasslands in a rural area (outside part of a municipality’s cadastral area)

  • Refinancing agricultural land purchases

  • Disbursement against the application for a lien entry

  • Loan maturity period up to 20 years, with a balloon payment option; (a balloon payment is significantly higher than the previous loan payments)

Qualification conditions

  • Acceptable financial position as assessed by financial analysis of your company

  • Acceptable structure of the submitted land list and sufficient loan repayment resource

  • Compliance with security-related conditions

  • Financial statements for the two previous completed accounting periods

  • Current financial statement

  • Questionnaire – additional information on the current financial statement

  • Land financing-related documents
