Amendments to the Conditions for the Registration of Securities and the Tariff of Fees

Dear clients,

we would like to inform you that from 01. 04. 2026, the amended Terms & Conditions for the Registration of Securities and Securities Trading at Tatra banka, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as the “Conditions for the Registration of Securities”) and Tariff of Fees of Tatra banka, a.s. for the services provided in the area of securities (hereinafter referred to as the “Tariff of Fees”) will come into effect. The provisions relating to the InvestQ Investment Account will come into force and effect from 01. 03. 2026.

Amendments to contractual terms and conditions are implemented in connection with changes in relevant legislation, internal processes, as well as other circumstances related to the products and services provided in the area of securities. 
The full text of the Conditions for the Registration of Securities and the Tariff of Fees is available to you from 27. 02. 2026 on the bank's website and in our business premises.

If you do not agree with the changes to the aforementioned documents, you are entitled to terminate the contractual relationship with the bank free of charge as of the effective date of these amendments. Otherwise, the amended contractual terms and conditions shall apply to you on the effective date of the changes.
