At first, find out if the merchant's website contains acceptance logos:
If not, the purchase is not necessary to be verified by 3D Scure code. The payment will be made by entering card details (card number, card validity and a three-digit security code).
Then, on the confirmation screen check the phone number to which the text message has been sent.
If the phone number is correct, please take into account that the text message takes couple of seconds to deliver. If you have been waiting for the text message for more than 5 minutes, in the confirmation window click on the option “Cancel” and in the e-shop request to pay once again.
If you don't receive the text message with the code even after that, contact DIALOG Live or pay with one-time card number generated by the Tatra banka application.
