Death – the insurance indemnity will be paid to the bank in the amount of the sum of the outstanding loan principal and interest, calculated on the day of death.
Full disability - the insurance benefit will be paid to the bank in the amount of the sum of the outstanding loan principal and interest, calculated as of the date of granting complete disability.
Inability to work and loss of employment - the amount of the insurance claim is paid to the account of the insured person in the amount of monthly payment of the insured loan for the maximum period of 24 months.

Warning: Loan instalments are necessary to be paid in accordance with the agreed conditions also after the occurrence of the insured event. After the settlement of the insurance claim, the insurance company having recognized the claim will pay the amount of the insurance claim also in arrears.

Will the insurance company settle the claim, if the insurance was taken out without the examination of health condition?
The insurance company handles the insurance claim pursuant to the insurance terms. The insurance claim will not be accepted if death, full disability or the incapacity for work was caused by the illnesses or accident consequences the insured person suffered from in the period of 12 months before the start of the insurance policy or for which they were provided medical consultancy or medical examination or treatment in the period of 12 months before the start of the insurance policy. This limitation is applicable only if death, full disability or incapacity for work occurred within 24 months from the start of the insurance policy.
