Outages of selected services

Dear clients,

we are once again preparing new functionalities in our digital channels. However, technical adjustments in the bank's systems are required for their implementation.

From the night of May 29 to May 30, 2025, between 11:00 PM and 12:10 AM, it will not be possible to use the mobile application Tatra banka, Internet bankingTB, and payment confirmation with a card on the internet via 3D Secure.

Some other functions in our digital channels will be temporarily unavailable from 9:15 PM to 1:20 AM.

Therefore, we recommend that you schedule your planned transactions outside of this time frame, if possible.

Payments in physical outlets and cash withdrawals from ATMs will be available without restrictions.

If you need to block cards during the unavailability of digital services, please contact our DIALOG Live contact center at *1100, which will operate in a limited mode.
