Planned maintenance of digital channels

Dear clients,

To continue developing our digital services and improving their performance, we will be carrying out scheduled technical maintenance on our systems. These updates are performed exclusively during night and early-morning hours to ensure the smallest possible impact on your everyday use.

The planned maintenance will take place over three consecutive nights from 27 to 30 March 2026 at the following times:

  • 27–28 March 2026: from 10:00pm to 08:00am
  • 28–29 March 2026: from 10:00pm to 07:00am
  • 29–30 March 2026: from 10:00pm to 04:00am

During these periods, our digital channels may experience short interruptions — outages will not exceed 10 minutes. The temporary limitations may affect the following services:

  • ČítačkaTB app
  • Open bankingTB
  • Business bankingTB
  • Online payments and 3D Secure verification
  • CardPay
  • TatraPay
  • tatrapay+
  • ComfortPay
  • Bank’s website

If you experience a brief unavailability, we recommend trying to log in or repeat the operation a few minutes later.

Card payments (both physical and digital) and ATM withdrawals will remain fully functional throughout the entire period.
