Planned service unavailability

Dear clients,

In order to bring you the new Verification of Payee service, we need to adjust our banking systems. Therefore, the following services will be temporarily unavailable on October 5, 2025 from 01:00 to 05:00:

  • Tatra banka mobile application,
  • Internet bankingTB,
  • TatraPay,
  • tatrapay+,
  • Business bankingTB,
  • verification of card payments via 3DSecure.

What remains functional?

Withdrawals and payments with plastic cards, as well as payments via Google Pay and Apple Pay, will work without restrictions.

What to watch out for?

  • Incoming payments from other banks may be returned to the sender during this time.
  • You can block your card at this time through the DIALOG Live contact center at *1100.
  • Payments via Tatra banka VIAMO will be recorded and processed after the adjustments are completed.
  • Payments via Premium APITB will be recorded and processed after the edits are complete.
