and

Tatra Asset Management, management company, a.s., with its registered office at Hodžovo námestie 3, 811 06 Bratislava, ID: 35 742 968, VAT: 2020270483, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava III, Section: Sa, Insert No. 1689/B

hereby revoke the Public Commitment dated October 7, 2025, as stated in the attachment, in accordance with letter B/ of this Public Commitment.
