Change in the Terms and Conditions for electronic banking Business banking, Multicash and TatraPay

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you that from 05. 10. 2025 the following changes will come into effect:

• Tatra banka, a.s. Business Terms and Conditions for Multicash and TatraPay services and
• payment methods and Tatra banka, a.s. Business Terms and Conditions for Business banking^TB electronic banking services (hereinafter jointly referred to as the "TC").

The full text of the TC is available to you from 12. 09. 2025 in our business premises and on the website www.tatrabanka.sk.

If you do not agree with the changes to the TC, you have the right to terminate the contractual relationship with the bank. The aforementioned disagreement must be notified to the bank in writing by the effective date of the changes.

If you do not notify the bank of your disagreement, the amended terms and conditions as proposed will apply from the date of their effectiveness. We will be happy to provide you with more information at any branch or through the DIALOG Live contact center (*1100, 0800 00 1100, +421 2 5919 1000).
