Addendum No. 1 to Tatra banka, a.s. Service Charges

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you that as of 30 September 2021, the Service charges of Tatra banka, a.s., part of the fees for services for legal entities or natural persons - entrepreneurs will be changed.

Adjustments were made in the following point of the Service charges:

• Article I. Deposit products in the section current accounts in EUR and foreign currencies point a)

The new full wording of the Service charges of Tatra banka, a.s. is available to you from 16.08.2021 in the business premises and on the bank's website.

• Addendum No. 1 to Tatra banka, a.s. Service Charges, Corporate Entities or Individual – Entrepreneurs

If you do not agree with the change of the above conditions, you have the right to terminate the contractual relationship with the bank free of charge and with immediate effect. If you do not deliver the notice to the bank by September 29, 2021, the changed terms and conditions as proposed by the bank will take effect on the effective date of the change.
