Change of Service charges and Terms and conditions

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 January 2022 the following are changing:

Service charges for individual clients
Service charges for legal entities or natural persons - entrepreneurs

The new version of the Service charges and the full wording of the Commercial terms and conditions, including detailed information on individual changes, are available to you from 30 November 2021 in the business premises and on the bank's website*.

* some documents are only available in Slovak

If you do not agree with the change of the above conditions, you have the right to terminate the contractual relationship with the bank free of charge and with immediate effect. If you do not deliver to the Bank the termination of the contractual relationship before the effective date of the above changes, the amended Terms and conditions will apply from the effective date as proposed by the Bank.
