Change of Terms and Conditions

Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you that, as part of our regular update, the following revised terms and conditions will take effect on January 1, 2027:

• General Terms and Conditions of Tatra banka, a.s. for Consumer Clients
• General Terms and Conditions of Tatra banka, a.s. for Clients Who Are Individual Entrepreneurs and Legal Entities

(hereinafter collectively referred to as the “GTC”).

The amendments to the GTC relate, for example, to the new focus of Internet banking^TB exclusively on the most frequently used financial services, which we informed you about in September. We are also changing certain rules for delivering correspondence. Under the new rules, statements may only be sent by post to your permanent residential address, place of business, or company’s registered office, as applicable. We have also added a provision allowing the bank to restrict the provision of banking products and services if a client’s legal capacity is restricted or revoked. The remaining changes primarily clarify terminology and do not affect the current configuration of services and processes.

The full text of the GTC, including a detailed overview of the individual changes, is available from October 27, 2026, at our business premises and on the bank’s website.

If you are a consumer client and do not agree with the amendments to the GTC, you have the right to terminate your contractual relationship free of charge as of the date these amendments take effect.

If you are a business client and do not agree with the amendments to the GTC, you have the right to terminate your contractual relationship with the bank. You must notify the bank of your disagreement in writing no later than the date the amendments take effect.

Otherwise, the revised contractual terms and conditions will apply to you from their effective date.
