Change of Terms and Conditions

Dear clients,
we would like to inform you that from 01. 02. 2025 the following changes will come into effect:
- General Business Terms and Conditions of Tatra banka, a.s. for clients - consumers and
- General Business Terms and Conditions of Tatra banka, a.s. for clients - individuals - entrepreneurs and legal entities (hereinafter collectively referred to as "GTC").
The new version of the GTC brings several changes, the details of which are available from 30. 11. 2024 in the bank's business premises and on the website www.tatrabanka.sk.
We will be happy to provide you with more information at any branch or via DIALOG Live (*1100, 0800 00 1100, +421 2 5919 1000).
If you are a client - consumer and do not agree with the changes to the GTC, you have the right to terminate the contractual relationship free of charge as of the effective date of these changes.
If you are a client - entrepreneur and do not agree with the changes to the GTC, you have the right to terminate the contractual relationship with the bank. The aforementioned disagreement must be notified to the bank in writing by the effective date of the changes.
Otherwise, the amended contractual terms and conditions will apply to you as of the effective date of the change.
