Change in fee schedule

Dear clients,
we would like to inform you that with effect from 31. 03. 2026, the following changes will be made to the:
- Tatra banka, a.s. Fee Schedule, part of fees for services for individuals,
- Tatra banka, a.s. Fee Schedule, part of fees for services for legal entities or individuals – entrepreneurs.
The Tatra banka, a.s. Fee Schedule, part of fees for services for individuals will be amended in the following areas:
Rewards ProgramTB to the Blue Planet AccountTB:
- Among the product categories of the Rewards ProgramTB, we are adding deposits in Tatra banka of at least EUR 20,000. Thanks to the deposits, you will also be able to reduce your account maintenance fee.
- Clients over the age of 65 will automatically receive a discount of EUR 4 on the fee for maintaining the Blue Planet AccountTB. They will not pay more than EUR 3 per month for account maintenance.
- In addition, when using another product, they can get an account without a maintenance fee. We are simplifying the product categories related to insurance products. After the adjustment, two categories will be part of the Rewards ProgramTB – Life and Non-Life Insurance.
- We are aligning the age limit for the account maintenance discount with the standard student status – up to 26 years. Young clients under 26 years of age, as before, automatically have account management at a discounted price of EUR 3 per month and free of charge after fulfilling the Rewards ProgramTB. Clients over 26 years of age can obtain account management free of charge after fulfilling the conditions within the Rewards ProgramTB.
Credit cards:
- Since their introduction, credit cards have brought more and more benefits – simple and secure digital payments, attractive rewards and higher transaction protection. We have not changed our credit card fees for more than 10 years. We are now adjusting them to reflect current conditions. You can still use major credit cards with a discount or completely free of charge – you just need to reach the new limits for these benefits, as stated in the Tariff.
Other changes to the Tariff:
- We are canceling the fee for credit card payments at the branch.
- We are reducing the fee for the service “Cadastre” (Cadastre) We will handle it for you.
- We are supplementing the account for the Blue Planet AccountTB with an unlimited number of free cash deposits in foreign currency at the branch.
- Other changes mainly concern the rental of safety deposit boxes and such service operations, actions and services for which there is also a free or cheaper digital alternative.
The new version of the above-mentioned tariff plans is available to you from 30. 01. 2026 in the bank's business premises and on the website www.tatrabanka.sk.
We will be happy to provide you with more detailed information about the changes in any branch or via DIALOG Live (*1100, 0800 00 1100, +421 2 5919 1000).
If you do not agree with the change in the above-mentioned terms and conditions, you have the right to terminate the contractual relationship with the bank free of charge and with immediate effect. Otherwise, the changed contractual terms and conditions will apply to you from the effective date of the change.
