Change of Terms and conditions

Dear clients,

we would like to inform you that on June 1, 2024, the updated Capital markets Commercial Conditions Tatra banka a.s. will come into effect. (hereinafter referred to as "CMCC"), which are available to you from 01/05/2024 in the bank's business premises and on the website www.tatrabanka.sk:

The CMCC amendments are mainly related to the legislative change in the jurisdiction of the registry court and the introduction of the new ESG Depozit^TB product in the offer for legal entities (client - entrepreneur).

You can find more detailed information about the changes in CMCC in the attached document "Description of Changes" and we will also be happy to provide it to you on the phone number: 02/5919 2044.

If you do not agree with the change, you have the right to terminate the relevant contractual relationship free of charge, in writing no later than May 31, 2024. Otherwise, the new CMCC will apply to you on the effective date of the changes.
