Change to the Terms and Conditions for the One banking service

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you that, effective from 8 September 2026, we are changing the Terms and Conditions of Tatra banka, a.s. for the One banking service hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”.

This change is related to the termination of the provision of the One bankingTB service in the Internet bankingTB environment. This means that after the above date, it will no longer be possible to view accounts from other banks or initiate payments from these accounts through Internet bankingTB.

The One bankingTB service will continue to be available through the Premium APITB service, which is intended primarily for legal entities for the direct integration of API interfaces, or through our partners.

The full wording of the Terms and Conditions and an overview of the changes will be available to you from 10 July 2026 at our business premises and on the bank’s website. If you have any questions regarding the change, please do not hesitate to contact us at any of our branches or through the DIALOG Live contact centre (*1100, 0800 00 1100, +421 2 5919 1000).

The change to the Terms and Conditions also changes the terms of your agreements. If you do not agree with the change, you have the right to terminate the contractual relationship free of charge and with immediate effect. Otherwise, the new contractual terms will apply from the effective date of the change.
