Business conditions for safety deposit boxes
we would like to inform you that from November 30, 2023, we will change the terms and conditions of the safe deposit box rental agreement, including Tatra banka, a.s.'s Terms and Conditions for safe deposit boxes (hereinafter referred to as "TC"). In Art. II point. 1 TC, the fourth sentence is deleted, the wording of the first sentence of point 3 is changed Art. II TC including the second sentence of point 1. Art. II of the agreement on the rental of a safety deposit box, point 3 and the first sentence of point 4 are deleted. Art. III. TC.
The content of the changes to the terms and conditions is:
- Changing the frequency of billing for the safe deposit box rental fee from quarterly to monthly, the amount of the fee remains the same.
The fee for the months of October and November 2023 will be billed to you once on December 1, 2023. The monthly fee will be set from December 2023 and the fee will be billed regularly on the first working day of the following month.
- Cancellation of the contractual penalty for failure to hand over the safety deposit box after the end of the lease,
- Cancellation of the bank's authorization to move the locked safe deposit box to another branch,
- Canceling the sending of reminders and changing the deadline for commission-based opening of the safe deposit box.
If you do not agree with the above changes, you have the right to terminate the contractual relationship free of charge and with immediate effect. The deadline for submitting written notice is no later than November 30, 2023. Otherwise, the new terms and conditions will apply to you on the effective date of the changes.
