AI Use in Contact Centre Awarded as TOP Innovation in CEE

Tatra banka has once again received a prestigious award from the Global Finance magazine. A functional speech-to-text prototype for transcribing calls from the contact centre has been ranked among the best innovations in the field of finance for 2025 in the CEE region by the evaluators. It is the first in-house speech-to-text model in the Slovak language adapted to the needs of the bank. The award is a part of the Innovators Award 2025, which highlights outstanding innovative practices of banks and fintech organisations in 7 world regions.

Chief Innovation Officer of the Year Comes from Slovakia!

The Banker magazine, as part of the Innovation in Digital Banking Awards 2024, has decided that the title of Chief Innovation Officer of the Year goes to Slovakia, into the hands of Daniel Minárik, Chief Data and Innovation Officer of Tatra banka. General meeting of Tatra banka shareholders was held today

Tatra banka shareholders approved the regular individual financial statements and consolidated financial statements for 2022 on today´s General Meeting. They also approved the annual report for 2022 and decided on distribution of profit and payment of dividends. The General Meeting also elected a Supervisory Board member and decided on an amendment to the Articles of Association.

The nominees for the 2022 Tatra banka Foundation Art Award have been announced. The jury published the names of artists who have contributed to the most outstanding artistic achievements in the period from 1 July 2021 to 31 August 2022.
