Agreement to terms

By clicking on the box "Consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of informing about products, services and innovations", I grant consent to the processing of my personal data to persons from the Raiffeisen group** (hereinafter referred to companies as "operator") in the scope of name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, other data specified in the contact form, data related to the use of websites and applications, and data obtained about me by the operator in the course of mutual communication, for the purpose of informing about products, innovations and services provided by the operator, as well as in connection with obtaining benefits from the operator, including the creation of offers of such benefits when using profiling.

For this purpose, I agree to be contacted by the operator at the indicated telephone number or e-mail, and at the same time I request the provision of such information, materials and offers.

**Persons from the Raiffeisen Group are mainly persons who have a direct or indirect equity interest in Tatra banka, persons in whom Tatra banka has a direct or indirect equity interest, persons in whom a person with an equity interest in Tatra has a direct or indirect equity interest bank, persons having a direct or indirect ownership interest in a person having an ownership interest in Tatra banka.

Information related to the processing of personal data:

We would like to inform you that you have the right to revoke this consent at any time. However, withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. In case of withdrawal of consent or achievement of the purpose of processing, personal data will be stored for a period of 3 years, which is necessary to protect the rights and legally protected interests of the operator. You have the right to request from the operator access to the personal data concerning the data subject, the right to correct the data, its deletion or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability. You have the right to file a complaint with the Slovak Personal Data Protection Office. You can exercise your rights in writing, by phone via the DIALOG Live service, or by e-mail at dpo@tatrabanka.sk.
