How can I conclude a contract?

Pension saving can be concluded in a Tatra banka branch, by phone via the DIALOG live service, in the Tatra banka mobile application* or in Internet bankingTB*.

Do I have to make an appointment at your branch or can I come anytime during opening hours?

You can make an appointment by phone via the DIALOG live service, but this is not a condition, you can come to the branch at any time during the opening hours of the Tatra bank branch of your choice.

What should I bring with me when I want to conclude a participation contract with DDS Tatra banky?

When you plan to conclude a participation contract with DDS TB in a Tatra banka branch, you need to bring with you:

  • proof of identity (citizen's ID card)
  • data on authorized persons (title, first name, last name, date of birth, social security number, address), which you can specify in the contract in the event of death (if you do not specify authorized persons, in the event of your death, the current balance on your personal account will be the subject of inheritance proceedings )

What should I be prepared for - what information and decisions will they require from me when concluding the participation contract?

The following information and decisions will be requested from you at the Tatra banka branch:

  • information from the identity document
  • how you will pay the contributions (paid through the employer or individually from the account)
  • the amount of the contribution you will pay for supplementary pension saving (it can be expressed in EUR as a fixed amount or as a certain % of the salary)
  • selection of contributory supplementary pension fund
  • data on authorized persons (title, first name, last name, date of birth, social security number, address), which you can specify in the contract in the event of death (if you do not specify authorized persons, in the event of your death, the current balance on your personal account will be the subject of inheritance proceedings )

How much time will I spend at the branch processing the contract and what documents will I sign?

You will sign the Record and information on supplementary pension savings and the participation contract. You will need about 10-20 minutes to fill out the necessary forms.

How will my employer know that I have signed a participation contract with your DDS?

The participation contract is drawn up in three copies, in the case that the payment of contributions will take place through the employer, you are obliged to deliver one of these three copies to the employer (to the payroll or other department, which will process the breakdown of contributions to the supplementary pension savings).
