Tatra Asset Management, správ. spol., a.s., in accordance with section 4.4.1.2 of the Prospectus for the issuance/offer of mutual fund units of Tatra Asset Management, správ. spol., a.s., AP Real Estate Fund u.p.f. (TAM-ARF), announces that the final number of offered units is 855.

As a result of the public offering of TAM-ARF units, the maximum number of 855 units was subscribed, totaling EUR 47,025,000.00 as of February 17, 2022.
