Introduction of the fund
The fund exclusively investis in Real estate fundTB, thanks to which it earns rental yield from lucrative real estate in Slovakia. Approximately 20 % of the fund is still invested in the Real estate fundTB.
It also invests in equities of global companies in order to increase its return potential.
A unique investment strategy will invest your money in equities gradually. As a result, you can invest a larger amount in the fund at once without worrying about the wrong timing of your investment.
Due to this strategy, it is only possible to invest in this fund through a lump sum investment.

Description of the fund's strategy
The fund is steadily invested in real estate investments of up to 20 %.
It will gradually invest in equities on a quarterly basis, from an initial 5 % to a targeted 25 %. It will reach this level within two years at the latest. The remaining assets of the fund consist of money-market and bond investments.
